About us:
Dirt Workshop is a group of friends and family that among other things share a love of off road, be it trail rides on the weekend, crawling over intense rocks or running full throttle through Baja California. We each work in the truck/off road industry in some way, shape or form. We eat, sleep and breath dirt. That lead to the creation of Dirt Workshop, a cool clothing line for our fellow off road family to enjoy.

Holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years we are closed.
Custom Artwork:
After recieving a number of requests for special one-off art designs for 4X4 clubs, events and shops we have given in and it can now be done. The procedure is pretty simple, tell us what you want to see, provide any pictures if possible and we go to work. The process takes roughly 14 days from start to finish. During that time you will see the progression of the design so that you can make any changes necessary.
The charge varies depending on the complexity of the design desired. Please contact us for further information.
Business Policies:
Shipping:
All orders are shipped within 24 business hours of being placed unless contacted and told otherwise. There are two possibilities for your order being delayed;
A) We maybe out of the office at and event or for a holiday.
B) An item you ordered is on back order, this is a VERY rare circumstance but can happen. We stock each part number in large quanties in attempt to keep this from happening. If you have an item on back order the rest of your order will be shipped right away and the item on back order will follow.
In either case you will be notified if there is a delay with your order.
All orders are shipped using DHL or the US Postal Service, each order is shipped using standard ground unless you contact after placing an order and request an alternate shipping method.
Returns:
Returning product can be done if there is a product defect only or if you were shipped the wrong item. If you were shipped the wrong item a call tag will be issued for you to return the product at no charge to you. Product defects are defined as products that have a flaw in the printing process. Each product is inspected as it is packaged for delivery to you, we strive on customer satisfaction but sometimes a problem may slip by.
If you need to return a product you must contact Dirt Workshop by phone within 24 hours or recieving your package, at that time a Return Autorization Number will be issued. This number MUST be printed on the exterior of the box that the product is returned in and also on a note inside with a reason that you are returning the product. Upon recieving your return and verification of the problem a credit will be issued for the return postage.
Failure to follow these procedures will result in a full credit not being issued or replacement product not being shipped.
